1. Copy of identity document, Passport or Driver's License and Visa to enter the USA (current).
2. Proof of address:

Any cable TV, electric or water bills in your name and showing the address where you are living.

From the accountant if you are the owner of the company you work for (CPA license required).

From the employer if you are an employee.
4. Original bank reference letters. Click here to see a sample bank letter for reference.
5. Copy of the last three (3) months of bank statements where you have the money to make the investment.
Documents for final approval
1. Copy of the contract of your purchase and sale contract fully executed.
2.Copy of checks and / or bank transfers given to the seller as part of the down payment.
3. If the Property Title will be under the name of an American Society:
Articles and bylaws of the company and Shares or Certificates (executed).
Tax number of the company.
